Engineered as insulated yurts from the outset.

These were not retrofitted. Yurt Workshop built them from the start for year round occupation in a coastal climate, with 100% sheep wool felt insulation, a dual canvas roof system and a purpose built insulated timber floor.

The 24 ft living yurt is joined to the 14 ft bedroom yurt by a rigid, hard built tunnel rather than fabric, which is what makes the pair function as one dwelling rather than two tents.

Sold independently of the land.

The yurts are not tied to the 15 hectare property. You can buy them on their own, take them away and put them up wherever you like, without buying the estate. They are also available together with the land if you want both.
